Beginning May 8th, 2013, we are beginning new series of presentations called the 10-40 Series. That will consist of what I believe to be the ten most important concepts I have learned in 40 years of business. This will probably be the last time I will do these seminars in person.
Over twenty years ago, I experienced success generating my first Residual Income stream and learned of its true value and significance. In less than eight years, that project generated a very healthy six figure income which also continued to pay me over 1 million dollars over the next several years even after the project had ended due to a merger.
But this site is really not about me or my success or lack thereof. Our goal is to give you a quick overview of what we may have to offer to your success in generating Residual Income. Today, it is all about marketing and branding both online and offline. We offer Products, Systems, Strategies and Training for developing traditional and network marketing businesses in both arenas.
This is a group for anyone also interested in learning how to build a home business which can produce a residual income to last a lifetime. All skill levels are welcome. If you are inexperienced, we will share our expertise. If you are experienced, you can help teach those with less experience. We will be providing local and online webinars which will include both personal development and business opportunity concepts and strategies.
The Truth of Success
Years of experience and research drives home the truth that our Success is a function of both our Individual development and the Vehicle we chose.
First, the Vehicle must never be limiting element of our Success, therefore, it is absolutely essential that the Vehicle or Business we choose for our journey of Success be totally Dependable (i.e.,will it be here 15 years from now to send us that residual check every month) , Viable (i.e.,will it give us returns in proportion to our efforts), and Suitable for us (i.e.,can we love and believe in the products, services and business arena). Unfortunately, the majority of people do not have a Vehicle which possesses all three of these characteristics.
Secondly, since the Vehicle must never be the limiting element, the height of our Success should be limited only by our ability to develop the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Physical and Financial Aspects of our own being!
For years I have watched too many good qualified people fail to achieve their life’s goals and dreams because they either didn't have the proper success Vehicle or were not properly prepared personally for the pursuit of their dreams.
If we are honest, we realize that most people DON”T achieve the level of Success they were expecting and there are just a very few reasons why they don’t! Those will be emphasized and corrected in this training.
Our Purpose: To offer training which will enable a person to achieve success whether they are experienced or not. We will give an overview, then give specific tasks to ensure a fast start and successful endeavor.
Our concept is about helping each other become the people we want to be and achieve the level of success in our businesses that we all desire and deserve.
Our goal is to exchange information which has the potential to assist people in building successful traditional and network-marketing home businesses by assisting in the enhancement of their personal and business development through communication, networking, relationship marketing, and personal development techniques.
We are looking to work with people at all levels of experience who are very serious about their goals regardless of the size, either large or small.
We have no get rich schemes! Our promise to you is that, if you are serious about your goals of personal development and building a long-term residual income, we will work diligently to help you achieve those goals in the process of achieving ours.
