Making Web Apps Faster - Presented by Markus Kobler

It’s never been a better time to be building web apps. HTML5 continues to evolve. Browser performance rivals native speeds. The mobile web allows us to reach many more devices and users than any other platform.

That said unlocking all that power can seem ever more complex and users ever more impatient to sluggish experiences.

Working with a live example, Markus will run through some of the techniques and tools used to produce better performance and importantly better user experiences.

  - Turning it into an isomorphic web app

Anyone interested in building modern HTML5/JavaScript/CSS web apps. Should be accessible to junior developers while showcase technology to challenge more experienced front end developers developers.

Bio:

Markus brings over a decade of experience building large scale web apps for millions of users. More recently he as been working with a number of based London's start ups and is now working on a new platform cohesive.io.
