Welcome to Front Range ADD/ADHD of Colorado.

Everyone experiences a variety of difficulties with ADD/ADHD. We can learn from each other to develop more fulfilling lives by helping with issues like implementing structure, organization, time management and social skills. Sharing our personal experiences are important tools for those with ADHD/ADD. Our frequent gatherings (weekly) will include useful topics to help lead more productive lives in a friendly group environment. Occasionally, we have Guest Speakers, who present a wealth of information; one such presentation can be seen on an outside website at any time.

This Meetup is always a structured group with open discussions on topics chosen by members from week to week with time enough for both personal issues and questions of any type.

Meetings are held in the Denver Metro area, every Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm. And even though the meeting begins at 7 sharp, members are encouraged to come, despite being late due to work schedules or other personal commitments.
So please join us in a supportive atmosphere for all of your ADD/ADHD needs!

What members are saying

Learn how others are managing their ADD. Get a sense that you are not in this alone.

Because we are all sufferers who can help each other.

“Hey there, ADD is real. At least all I've read about it fits me. If you do have ADD, it makes a lot of situations frustrating and awkward as well as confusing. But don't worry, I have also found that there are work-arounds. For all the stumbling blocks ADD has put in front of me, I still would rather be me than anyone else in the world. In fact some aspects of ADD actually help me, creatively. I helps my writing and my artwork. Welcome. Mark”
