Every time you book a flight, pick a room on Airbnb, sign up for a newsletter, complete your profile, or buy new shoes at Zappos, you meet forms. The way somebody communicates makes you like them or not. That’s why form design plays such a huge role in user experience.

Forms are your private coffee with a user. The talk will cover the best practices and common pitfalls in web and mobile form design. We will try to focus on how to make the raw input fields a part of meaningful conversation that isn’t boring, intimidating, and hard to lead.

The talk will be led by Ewa Mitulska-Wójcik. She is a freelance UX designer and frontend developer. She tweets about startups and UX design at @thedoerdoes
