SESSION DETIALS

• 4 court. 26 players max. Feather Shuttles
• Water refill station (bring a bottle). No Rackets provided
• Cost - £10 per person (see payment link below )

HOW TO BOOK (UPDATED 05/09/24)

1) RSVP then pay immediately as below
(Do not pay if on waiting list, but if you get a space your payment will be required ASAP)

2) Payment Link - https://pay.collctiv.com/friday-badminton-34874

• make sure we can identify your RSVP. DM if necessary
• The option to contribute towards the Collctiv App when paying, is not compulsory and has nothing to do with CrossFire
• Part 1 & 2 must both be done, or you will not be able to attend

3) Status Update - this will be done manually by us within a few hours to also reflect you have paid, If you have RSVP'd and not paid, you will be removed from Attending and need to reapply!

4) 48hr before the session please note -

• Meetup will be switched to AutoPay via PayPal* (inc a meetup booking fee**) to manage last minute bookings.
• The waiting list (if any) will be deleted and available spaces if someone cancels must be booked via the AutoPay system
• Note our Cancellation/No Show policy (see below)

*You don't need a PayPal account, select the guest option and use a debit card
**This fee is not charged or received by Crossfire badminton club.

5) Cannot Attend - If you plans change, please update your status immediately to allow others to book. Please note there is a No Show Policy. See details for this and our Refund Policy below in our T&C's!

If on the waiting list, only pay (via payment link) when a spot becomes available. Check your notifications from Meetup. If there's a delay in making payment the space may be offered to the next available person. Cancellation & No-Show policies apply!

Join us for some great games of badminton with players of a similar high standard.

If the numbers are too low we may cancel the session. You will be refunded. So, RSVP to help others decide too!!

Session Details

Level: Higher intermediate to Advance players only*
Courts: 3 (sometimes 4)
Max Players: 20 (if 4 courts then 30)
Cost per player: £15 Adults / £11.50 Juniors (up to 18yrs)
Toilet, Changing rooms and Showers Available
You MUST RSVP to be able to play in the session!

*Based on Level doubles ability. If your level is too low you will not be able to play in the session!

HOW TO BOOK: First RSVP on Meetup & Pay straight away as below!

• Before 2pm on Sat (Manual option) - Pay via > Collctiv Payment Link*
• *Supporting the Collctiv App is optional. Untick this to pay the session fee only.

• From 2pm on Sat, incomplete bookings will be withdrawn and need to rebook as below. Plus...
• Autopay switched on! - RSVP via Meetup and make payment via PayPal (fee inc). No PayPal account required, simply continue as a guest.

WAITING LIST is open till 2pm. If you get a spot, then make a payment ASAP! Make sure you have your Meetup notifications on! It is your responsibility to make your payment in due course! Cancelation & No-Show Policies apply!

*Improver level players are able to play a variety of shots already, and have a fair amount of ability i.e power to clear the shuttle, can move around the court (but may lack specific footwork/grips/racket control)

Please arrive at 8pm for the social games, and to warm up! And not to miss out!
