As a vegetarian for eight years, I have enjoyed many benefits including better energy level, healthier and happier from the diet that I never thought I would have. I want to give the words out and encourage people to try the vegetarian diet themselves.

If everyone tries to eat the V-diet at least one day each week, the doctor visits would be less frequently and thus help people to save money. Don't we all want to stay healthy and have a happy life?

Anyone who is interested in trying out the V-diet whether is for the first time or being a part-time or full-time vegetarian is very welcome to join us every other Saturday to dine in the vegetarian restaurant in lower Manhattan.

It's great to learn that there are so many veggies or p/t or potential veggies in the NYC area. We talk about health, spiritual growth, environment and the love for all beings - including animals. Veggies are one kind of people who know what they want and what they are doing in life. They are nice, friendly and generous and love to stay harmony with others in the society. I'll be very happy to see the number of veggies keep growing.

Dear veggie fonders and potential veggie fonders,

Thank you so much for joining me and become part of our Fun NYC Vegetarian Dining-out Group. I'm so glad that you found us.

We will have our next meetup at a vegetarian restaurant in lower Manhattan (To prevent any unnecessary solicitation, we do not show the location on the home page so please email me if you would like to join us). It will be $15 per person at door, cash only. If you prefer to share the food with other veggies, we will split the bill and charge or refund you the difference after sales tax & tips. Please note that this is a "non-for-profit party". We don't charge our members any fee. [We discourage any solicitations at Meetups but networking is okay] .

The idea is to share our experience as veggies and support each other if you have questions about how to eat healthy V-diet and of course to have a lot of fun by interacting with other veggies in the group!
***Please note that a new schedule will commence at 5:00 PM for our future events.***

Thanks again for your interest and please accept my warmest welcome! I really look forward to meeting you on Saturday, December 5th, 2009 in Lower Manhattan. Until then, please stay warm and happy!

Cheers,

Alice

Want to attend?

Let's talk and share experiences while eating the V-diet. You will be surprised on how much fun it would be when people who share the same interests in life gather together. We know a few vegetarian restaurants that offer 10% discount to our events on every other Saturday.

Please email me if you would like to join us this upcoming Saturday so I can forward the address to you. Thanks again for visiting my home page. Read more
