A panel discussion of the role and impact that Functional Programming languages, such as Clojure and Scala, are having in the online media industry today.
This event is hosted by The BBC Academy, with leading experts from ITV, LastFM,
The Financial Times, Nokia Media and the BBC.
We will be looking at the benefits and challenges that moving to this new programming paradigm entails. The panel will take place at 4:30pm to 7:00pm on Monday the 29th
of July at the Media Centre in W12.
