Aaron White, Co-Founder and CTO of Boundless Learning
Boundless Learning made the decision to use Scala pre-team & pre-product. Co-Founder Aaron White will give an introduction to the language, share the three reasons why Scala was chosen, describe the challenges and triumphs of on-boarding developers who have never used the language, and explain how Scala & functional programming have increased his team's productivity.
Aaron White is Co-Founder and CTO of Boundless Learning, a VC-backed education startup founded in April of 2011. Prior to Boundless, Aaron both created and consulted for projects that scaled to millions of users. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
