"ME TIME IS MANDATORY!"

By our own definition, a "girlfriend" is a friend, sister, comrade, confidant, listener,
shoulder, contender, and the list goes on and on.... On top of that we are still
mothers, wives, lovers, caretakers, professionals, etc...

With all these "crowns" when do we take time for ourselves? Caring for others is
part of our make-up, but we must remember to make ourselves a priority; if not we
will become overwhelmed, and what good are we to others when we CAN'T put
our best foot forward?!?

It is time to celebrate ourselves and our girlfriends!!! So right now, determine and
declare, once and for all that.... "ME TIME IS MANDATORY!"
