Specializing in strengths-infused coaching and training of individuals and teams, her work at StrengthsPRO enables leaders to maximize their performance. Stephanie holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Babson College, where she grew her love for all things entrepreneurial. She completed a Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
