Global Game Jam @ DMAC

Fort Lauderdale ACM SIGGRAPH and Florida Game Developers Association will be co-hosting this year's Global Game Jam in sunny South Florida. Last year FGDA hosted a succesful Global Game Jam here in Boca Raton and are back for another round.

This year we are teaming up with Fort Lauderdale ACM SIGGRAPH and DMAC (Digital Media Art Collage) to bring together art and science under one roof to create some amazing games. The Game Jam is open to anyone interested in creating games and regardless of your skill level.

Free training in 3D and coding will be provided by both Fort Lauderdale ACM SIGGRAPH and FGDA in the weeks leading up the Game Jam for those interested in making video games. Open Source and free-to-use software will be available at the Game Jam. We look forward to jamming with everyone this January !
