Thanks to everyone who played Dwarf Madness, 3D-struction, or Drinkards Beer Pong! It was a lot of fun getting to see everyone enjoy playing (sometimes breaking) the games.

In case any devs were curious I was the guy taking video and doing interviews. I'll post a message up here when they're done sometime next week as well as email you all individually. I am a new member to this group but get ready to be sick of seeing my face. Thanks to everyone who made this Super sweet event possible!

Thanks so much to all the developers and gamers that attended! It was so much fun for Jake and I to see everyone having fun and talking about these great games. Gaming In Public will definitely host more events like this this in the future.

On my way. Metro stopped running services to stadium armory. You have to take a shuttle.

I'm on metro as well. Red line seems to be single tracking in both directions. Gnarly. But, I chose the lesser of two evils, drive and try to park or grin and bare it with WMATA :)

    • Reetesh

Hmm, I'm beginning to think I'd rather drive. Hopefully find parking.

I'm on the Metro now. Will be a bit late.

Hello! I'm not very familiar with the area where the bar is - what's the parking situation there?

    1 · August 3, 2013

    • Frederick Boyd J.

You should use the Metro. I think the stop is Tenleytown/AU, on the red line. It takes longer, but you'll be sane.

Ah, answered my question as I was planning to drive in. Will just hop the metro.

I'mcurious about the precise definition of "all ages". I myself am 17, and I have a 9 year old who wants to attend as well, but i wouldn't want him to be turned away there, nor would i want him to be the only child there. Same goes for me, actually. heh.

Just come before 7pm. It's open to all ages from 4pm to 7pm the venue just doesn't allow anyone who isn't 21+ after 7pm

Could someone be awesome and post this event (or indiecondc.com) on reddit? I don't use reddit.

    August 2, 2013

    • Jacob C.

Lets get a reddit going tonight like 8pm? Talk to the developers and ask random questions about Gaming in Public Sound good

I'll be showing off one more game I just finished: String Theory! You can play it here, for free! It's a physics-based, first-person puzzle game that's completely silly and pretty short.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
