Well, we have a bunch of answers to the poll, and it looks like Tuesday and Saturday evenings are the winners (barely), but there's support for every time-slot.I suggest those who are willing to run a playtest session or two let me know when and where. Ian, exactly my thoughts.. I think then it’s a matter of going with the majority of availability. So it’s a democratic scheduling, fair to most, but we can’t accommodate all.. just not possible (myself included). Poll might propose the following common slots (just ideas for discussion purposes, to make designing the poll easier).

Ok thanks! I checked it out, and don't have the option to create a poll, so maybe Joe wouldn't mind setting one up for us?
I guess it should list each day, and maybe times (eg Saturday afternoons, Wednesday evenings etc), ideally allowing folks to select multiple answers.
This could be very useful in trying to schedule something... one of the biggest challenges I've experienced is getting every player onto the same schedule.

Does Meetup have options for polling people's availability/schedules? That would be a useful feature to have, make it easier to coordinate something new.
