Moose Con Qtr 3 2013

10AM TILL Midnight each day. We have to be out by midnight so keep that in mind when starting games.

We would like to keep it an over 18 event please!

Bring Snacks for yourself and/or to share! We will have coffee. Those that imbibe you are welcome to bring beer or other tasty adult beverages.

The Moose Lodge sells sandwiches for lunch (around noonish) and hamburgers / chicken tenders type fare for the evening. We will order dinner there in the 5pm – 6pm range. We do one big order all at the same time. They are reasonably priced.

We will be in the BACK part of the Moose Lodge. Come in the Gate at the rear of the building and come in via the Patio. I will have signs up.

Park beside the building. Closer to the fence area at the end of the lot if possible. Parking in the grass is fine. Don't park across from the side doors or in front of the front door. When the members get there, they like to have the "by the door" parking.

Many people asked “How much does it cost to host this event” and “What can we do to keep it going?” The building rental is $150 for the day. ($300 for 2 day events) I will have a donation jar labeled "Cabbage for the Con” to collect donations. As long as I recoup the costs I'll continue to have this once a quarter. This event began in November 2011 and thanks to the generous donations from attendees has become a fun and much anticipated gaming event!
