Satguru Rama Mata will be coming to the Gayatri Temple to give programs Fri-Sun on the Saints of India.

The Sudarshana Chakra is the Power of the Divinely Enlightened Mind. It is symbolized by the discus carried by Vishnu. The ceremony is very powerful because of its invoking of tremendous energy and purification to your sahasrara chakra. The yajna takes the power of the sahasrara chakra and uses it as an antidote to negative/obstructive karma. It also acts as a weapon against forces that actively and consciously stand in our way towards the light.

Sudarshana Yajna/Homam is usually performed to eliminate any negative powers or vibrations from house premises and workplaces. The fire ritual is also conducted for longevity, health, acquiring knowledge, and removing any obstacles in life. It is believed that performing of one Sudarshana Yajna is equal to conducting 10 yajnas of any other kind. Sudarshana Yajna is conducted in temples to improve the energy level in the environment.

Seven unusual mantras of Vishnu and Lakshmi and Ganesha, 108 times each, will be chanted, while offering ghee/oil into the fire to invoke the power of the Sudarshana Chakra carried by Vishnu, Gayatri and Dattatreya. This is a rarely performed ceremony and is extremely powerful. It is a life-altering experience. You will feel how much karma you have gotten rid of by the end of the ceremony.

The yajna will be done inside the temple in a smoke free fire.
