As part of a regular series, we will be showing some of the most out-there and surreal sci-fi and fantasy there is!

This week is Terry Gilliam's "Brazil".

Sam Lowry is a harried technocrat in a futuristic society that is needlessly convoluted and inefficient. He dreams of a life where he can fly away from technology and overpowering bureaucracy, and spend eternity with the woman of his dreams.

Enjoyed the movie. Very odd and somewhat disturbing. So much going on all the time... need to watch it again! It was nice having the small group and getting acquainted.

Thank you Chris, Cindy & Diana for making this a fun evening! I know Sunday nights aren't ideal for this but kudos to you all for coming out anyhow!

I'm so glad this new "series" is taking place! I really want to see Brazil and The Fountain. I was so disappointed when I realized I'd miss them at Date/Singles Night on 2/16.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
