Geek Girls in the OC

We are a group of adult (21+) geeky ladies interested in making friends or just getting out of the house.  All “levels” of geekiness are welcome: Comic book/manga readers, movie goers, science nerds, video gamers, book worms, armchair detectives, board gamers, crafters, cosplayers, foodies, etc. We host all kinds of events though our most common are book clubs, game nights, and movie nights.

This group is inclusive to all women. We do not discriminate based on race, age, disabilities, political affiliation, religion, sexuality, or for any other reason.

Rules:
1. Treat everyone with respect. You don’t have to be friends or agree with everything someone else says but we want everyone to have as good of a time as possible at every event.
2. All events are ladies 21+ only unless otherwise stated. It is up to the host to decide if members can bring guests and if they want to put any sort of restrictions.
3. Anyone can be a host. If you ever want to host something, send a message to Jules and we will make you an event organizer. Once you are an event organizer, you can set up whatever kind of events you want. We do ask that you give members ample time to RSVP and avoid creating conflicting events as much as possible. If you need to cancel an event for any reason please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
4. We reserve the right to remove any event or member.
5. A clear face photo is required so we can safely identify our members at in-person events. (alternative please send one privately to Jules or your event host)
