Hiring and Firing

There is a triangle that describes how businesses succeed. It is split horizontally into three sections.  The base of that triangle is people.  No matter how great the business idea, go to market strategy, pricing model, etc are, it falls apart if you don’t hire the correct people at the correct time.

This also comes with removing the correct people at the correct time.  Both decisions are gut wrenching, but they need to be made week in, and week out.
