This group focuses on combining the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (life science) with the modern application of science in the nutraceutical market. If you want to learn your Dosha (mind/body constitution) and the appropriate foods, exercise and wellness lifestyle habits that are specific for your body-type, then join us each week for our informative presentations.
