How do you Get Your Climb On?

All types. Long, fun and easy multi pitch or hikes can be just as fun as shredding my tips on a test piece.

When did you first begin climbing? What is your level? What is your favorite type of climbing? Best place you ever climbed?

20 years professional (guiding) experience. 5.12 leader.

What does Safe climbing mean to you?

Entirely relative. Climbing is never entirely "safe". So we identify the risk; inform everyone of the risk; and manage the risk to a degree everyone involved feels is acceptable. If the risk is not acceptably manageable to our tolerance level we don't climb it.

By joining GYCO this confirms you accept & assume all responsibility & risks that could occur in climbing that you voluntarily release, forever discharge & agree to not hold harmless GYCO or any of its Organizers from any & all claims while in GYCO.
