Come be my guest free of charge at the library for my new program Zumba Zen! Zumba Zen is a mindfullness movement program very much like yoga, incorporating similar precepts. Basically, it is breathwork through movement.

Through gentle flowing wavelike rhythm, the student achieves a moving meditative state, calming both the body and mind. This in turn relieves stress and anxiety out of the body. Many positive effects become manifest including increased energy levels, greater self confidence, and deeper breathing. Plus it's fun!
