What is your current fitness level?

Pretty strong. I'm not fast, but I've got a lot of endurance.

Are you new to trail running? Somewhat experienced? Experienced?

Somewhat experienced. I've done a handful of marathons and a half dozen ultras but I've only been running for a few years.

Do you have any first aid experience? If so what level ?


Comfortable using you vehicle to shuttle runners if we do a point to point run?
