Paddle Town Common to Port Terminal

This week, we'll try to avoid the heat of the day and get in our paddle during the evening. We'll do a short paddle in town - Town Common to Port Terminal. We'll have to set up a shuttle beforehand, so plan to arrive early to unload your kayak. Once all boats are unloaded, we'll take vehicles to Port Terminal. We'll aim to get in the water at Town Common around 7:30p. Starting the paddle this late will let us see the sunset on the river - a great place to watch! The moon will be about half illuminated, so bring a headlamp incase we're still on the water when it gets dark.

Be sure to wear clothes that are comfortable and will dry quickly, and bring bug spray! Per US Coast Guard regulations, every paddler must have a PFD, light, and whistle. We'll ask you to abide by those guidelines on this paddle as well.
