The class can be adapted to fit your personal needs and can be experienced by anyone as it is user-friendly, easy and playful…it is medicine for body, mind and spirit. 

 

You'll experience the expressiveness of dance, the power and explosiveness of the martial arts, and the grounding of the healing arts.  

The result is a fusion of movement styles that are freer than other cardiovascular-based exercise. The soothing movement and deep stretching will melt away your tension.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist, Holistic Health Counselor, Yoga teacher, Zumba, Nia, Lotte Berk Method teacher, and a dancer, I love to make workouts fun, effective and safe.

Fridays 9:30 AM 

Drop in classes: $20/class

New 10 session class cards:

($150, a savings of $50) at $15/class begin September 17, and are usable through December 17th. PAY HERE

FYI: If anyone would like another class on Monday or Tuesday mornings,

please let me know, we need a commitment to hold the time and space for the class.
