GetHiking! Morrow Mountain Sunday Hike! (June 26)

Co-Leader for this hike will be Joe (Einstein)

Hike 8-10 miles at Morrow Mountain State Park on Bridle Long Loop trail.

Rated as Moderate-Strenuous due to distance & some climbs, although we will stop as necessary for breaks & snacks.

We will begin and end our hike at the Bridle Trails parking lot.

From Charlotte, take NC 24 east to NC 740. After about three miles, turn right on Morrow Mountain Road, which leads into the park. Once you turn into park, sign for the Bridle trails will be on your right.

Expect to complete in 4-5 hours, depending on skill level of attendees.

Bring any necessary gear required for an 8-10 mile strenuous hike, along with sufficient snacks/water.

Carpools may be arranged in our Comments Section, $7 contribution per person for your driver ($3.50 each way.)
