Join us for a Greenway PowerWalk!

We'll vary speed, pace, & walking style, & incorporate body drills, to target major and minor walking/hiking muscles.

Walks will focus more on endurance & strength than speed or distance, & will help prepare for TrailTime.

Bring any necessary gear required for a 1-1.5 hour, moderately intense session, along with sufficient snacks/water.
