At 867 feet, Occoneechee Mountain is the highest point in the Triangle. It's also one of the most ecologically diverse; on our hike we'll pass through five distinct eco zones. Good views, and the passage along the Eno River is like hiking in the mountains. We'll hike about four miles on this scenic trek.
