GetHiking! North Carolina's Classic Hikes

They're the trails you've heard about, the classic hikes in North Carolina: Shining Rock, Linville Gorge, the Bartram Trail, the AT, to name a few. This year, you can add them all to your hiking resume. Once a month, beginning in February, we will hike one of North Carolina's most notable trails, trails that have earned reputations for their panoramic views, their cascading creeks, their open meadows, their wildflowers, their history. The trails you daydream about hiking.

On Wednesday, Jan. 21, we'll hold an informational meeting about GetHiking! North Carolina's Classic Hikes. You'll learn about the hikes themselves and the perks and swag associated with the program. This is a fee program: $25 per hike, less if you subscribe to the entire series. But what you'll earn back in perks, swag and memories will be well worth it. The information session, of course, is free.
