GetHiking! on the MST along the Eno River

We'll hike a 5-mile stretch of the Mountains-to-Sea Trail linking Pennys Bend with West Point on the Eno city park in Durham. The section stays with the river, climbs a bluff or two, brushes a city park. For those interested, we can do another four miles, a two-mile out-and-back on the MST along the Eno to Guess Road. This hike is relatively flat; I'd rate it easy to moderate.

We are meeting at the parking area just off the park's secondary entrance north of the Eno River off US 15/501.
