GetHiking! Sunday evening hike at Umstead State Park

It's cooler in the woods! We'll hike from the Harrison Avenue entrance off I-40. We'll start on the Loblolly Trail, hike out to the Reedy Creek Trail, hang a left, then go left again at the Reedy Creek Lake Trail for the return to the parking lot. About a four-mile hike, half on single-track trail, half on smooth multiuse trail. A scenic hike!

Hike is still on if it is raining. Thunder will cancel the hike. Bring a change of clothes if you want to go to dinner

Bil and I want to grab a burger at the Big Easy off Harrison after if you are up to it.
