This group was started because I believe it takes a team to help you GET THAT BODY RIGHT! It's hard to lose weight, eat right and workout by yourself, but when you join a group of positive, goal-oriented women who motivate each other to reach their ultimate fitness goals, it becomes super fun! You don't have to always go to a gym to exercise. We like to go roller skating, play dodgeball, go dancing and much more. Living a healthy lifestyle in our group includes: mentally, socially, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Sometimes we will have a ladies night out that will feed your soul and remove your stress.
