Let's talk about Salary Negotiation!

When you finally make it through the interview and they offer you the position - the hardest part of getting that job comes into play - NEGOTIATION!

This meetup will happen via phone - no need to leave your house - stay in your sweats - contact info will be sent to all shortly!

We will cover all of the steps involved from their first call that informs you that you have the job to the final handshake that seals the deal. Steps like:

Delay salary and benefit negotiations for as long as possible
Remember that you'll have your greatest negotiation leverage at certain times.
Don't negotiate at the time the initial job offer is made.
Negotiate to your strength.
Always ask for a higher salary.
If the salary you're offered is on the low end . . .
When presenting a counter proposal . . .
Remember that even if all salary issues are "off the table,"
Never stop selling yourself throughout the negotiation process.
If you have multiple job offers . . .
Don't enter negotiations with the wrong attitude . . .
Never make demands.
Be prepared for any of a number of possible reactions . . .
You have to be willing to walk away from negotiations.
Always be sure to get the final offer in writing.
