Fun, fitness, dance and current music are what these classes provide. A great way to get in shape in a one hour class! You'll dance, work your core and strengthen your entire body! If you enjoy dancing you'll be hooked! No prior dance experience required.
If you've never been to a Jazzercise class you are missing out on a great workout, but more importantly a way to get in shape while having fun doing it!
This is not your mom's Jazzercise (leg warmers NOT required)!
Come prepared to sweat and use your brain! Not only is dance a physical exercise it is a mental one as well! Wear comfortable workout clothing, gym shoes (cross trainers, etc), bring a water bottle, exercise mat, and hand weights if you have them.
