    Hi Bianca,
Thanks for arranging awesome workshop! I had a great time. Especially nameImprover() function was really funny :D

I'm really new to this .... barely know anything about js ... took a couple of classes in Java (I realize it's not the same thing, lol), one on "programming fundamentals" (that I remember very little of), have never formally studied html or css (but can mess with it on a super basic level, with a cheat sheet and/or a template, if I HAVE to), and have tinkered around with google apps script (but never finished anything useful). Am I going to be totally lost here? I'm not going to be asking for a refund, I'm just hoping I'm not going to waste my time is all and have to walk out of there with my head hung in shame after an hour or so ...
It sounds like a "basic skills, but advanced pace" class which could be about right for me .... am I getting that right though?
    Thanks!!! :)

This class is for people who have been using/learning JavaScript for about 6mos at least. The expectation is that you know what an objects, arrays and functions are and have used them before. You could always stop in and see how it goes. It does start pretty basic and builds up pretty fast

Are these basic, entry-level classes, and is the workshop still available? The information from the link is a little confusing.

This class is for people who have been using JavaScript for about 6mos at least. The basic entry-level class would be JS101 and is offered about 3-4 times a year. The next one will happen in September. Stay tuned on meet-up for when it is announced!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
