Hi all -


I’m emailing from the Silicon Chef hardware hackathon, where there’s more than a hundred women hacking together on Arduino boards. As you saw, we announced our fall series of GDI workshops - going from UX to HTML/CSS to JS! That will be our last series in 2013, so if you’ve got “learn to program” on your todo list, try to fit those workshops into your schedule.


BAVC is putting together a free 12-week web dev bootcamp for the unemployed. Email [address removed] for details.


Google is putting on a DevFest on October 18th in their Mountain View Office that I’ll be speaking at. It’s already only $5, but use gimmesomefest to make it $0!
