Girl Power!

LOVE YOURSELF AND CELEBRATE WHO YOU ARE…This group is for women, women who need other women to talk to, where we can support each other, encourage each other, inspire each other and lastly to have fun. Lets face it we are women living in a mans world and its not always pleasant with the constant pressure to be thin, pretty, good wives, good mothers, better at our jobs and much more. This group is for all women, single, married, divorced, widowed, or going thru rough times it doesn’t matter. Whatever stress you have in your life we can talk and help each other. We will have girls night out, brunches, lunches, chat circles with many topics, walks, coffee meets, family picnics, happy hours and whatever else. In central San Diego up to north county inland, suggestions welcome. Please don’t be afraid or shy, its time to break out and open up and make lasting friendships.

Im also going to create a “PHONE TREE” this is a voluntary phone list of those who wish to be available for anything from, your car broke down you need a ride home to just needing a pep talk, or even a free babysitter for an hour. I came up with this idea, because, Im a single mom myself and often wondered who I would call if I did break down, or got into an accident -who would help, and I started to think about other women living alone in this city relying on a stranger for help. Lets not be strangers, lets promote acts of kindness, lets be there for each other.
