This event will be associated with Social Media Week and will focus on how the digital age and especially the New Media is fundamentally changing our ideas of community and how it can provide new and immediate channels for communities and individuals to report on and make their own news.
The speakers through case studies and insights that bwill open this up to debate and discussion.
To underline the point of change we are aiming to stream this meeting live and to also have it available on an Internet TV Channel with live twitter feedback. We are also aiming to work with an Internet Radio channel to record parts of the meeting for broadcasting there as well.

We build from the community up, via a number of social media platforms, where by the community have a voice and share what is going on and where to find things on their DoorStep. It is also linked with an Internet Radio Channel.

This has now expanded into a project to link communities of all faith and none and to use Internet TV as a way of community building. In brief TV Apex is not simply a TV Channel but also has a vision and philosophy behind its creation.
We may have a fourth speaker and details will be added soon.
The Westminster Hub is collaborating with us in offering this meeting so we will have a mixed audience of networkers from GlobalNet21, young professionals from The Hub and those involved in Internet Radio and television.
