"Overlapping Interests" :

Following our Speakers Corner session last month this meeting will continue dipping into the interests and activities of people in the group. The theme this time will be "overlapping interests". As we discover these we can learn from each other. We may also find areas for collaboration, or for themed meetings.

You don't need to have been at Speakers Corner to take part, although some of those projects will act as a springboard for starting our explorations. You don't need to be involved in an existing project to join us.

We'll have conversations that jump between overviews and detail, so that people can see where overlapping interests might be found.

If you check the profiles of people who are attending nearer the time you'll get an idea of what the conversations may range over. We may have a few projects compared in detail, or more explored in less detail, depending who comes along - either way will be fine.

We'll be meeting at HubW - but probably in one of the smaller spaces, in which case I'll need to limit numbers, so if you are really keen to come please sign up sooner rather than later.

Your Annual Subscription

Although membership of our site is free we do expect all those who attend our events to pay an annual subscription that covers attendance not just one meeting but also to the vast majority of our meetups and webinars for any one year. It also allows you to bring one guest free to every meeting or webinar.

If you are unable to pay online this way can you please let us know and we will make other arrangements. Also we never refuse membership to anyone who is unable to pay so please let us know if there are difficulties this way and you will still be able to join in.
