During the General Election Period, GlobalNet21 together with others partners like The Real Debate Group and The London Debate Network are planning five webinar debates around five themes. Two people from different parties will debate and answer questions and over the five debates we hope to cover all the main parties.
This first debate will be about “Europe In Or Out” and will be between a representative of the Liberal Democrats and UKIP.

Shaughan Dolan is the campaigns manager of Conscience. Shaughan is ab active member of the Liberal Democrats and a regular contributor to Liberal Democratic Voice. Hehas a background in debating championships, sits on the organising comittee of Idebate Rwanda, the executive comittee for the London Debating Society and is a trustee for the Newturn think tank.

Daniel Oxley who joined UKIP in 2003 and has served in many UKIP branches, especially those in the North West of England and now in London where he lives. He is the treasurer of one the Party’s newer branches, the one for the London Borough of Newham where he is enjoying the many challenges of standing as UKIP’s candidate for the parliamentary constituency of East Ham.
Daniel continues to take an interest in education and is a long serving school governor where he has particular responsibility for curriculum development. He currently works in tourism specialising in cultural travel involving performances mostly of opera but also of concerts and ballet.
