Pena Pachamama is an intimate cafe and music club in San Francisco's historic North Beach, and the event will allow you a very personal presentation and tasting of some of Chef Lippman's best holiday recipes. Registration also includes a recipe booklet to take home, and Q&A with a professional raw food chef with years of experience with raw, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and detox cuisine.

Chef Sam Lippman is a professional RAW vegan chef with over five years experience preparing original live food recipes for private clients and working in many of the Bay Area���s top organic food establishments, including Google, Caf�� Soulstice, Raw Daddy's, Alive, and Back to Earth Organic Catering. Chef Lippman uses a local and seasonal approach to his dishes, showcasing pure flavor combinations, sensuous textures, and striking presentation.
