Experience an outdoor yoga class on the lawn!
I will guide you through one hour of moves taught mostly in a Vinyasa style flow that will open you up, de-stress your mind, rejuvenate your body and your soul, and stretch those tendons, muscles and ligaments that get tight from hiking or sitting at your desk.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! This class is appropriate for beginner or intermediate men and women as well as teens and mature children. As my fellow hikers and walkers already know, being outdoors give you access to a whole other world of sensations. The pure freedom of being exposed to the elements can strengthen an existing practice or inspire a new one.
Immediately following yoga class (around 5pm) we will have an informal healthy snack or favorite Hors D'oeuvres potluck paired with wine, beer, or non-alchoholic beverage of your choice.
If you just want to come to yoga class and leave afterwards, that is perfectly fine as well. Consider a $5-$10 donation per person for attending this outdoor yoga class.
If you would like to join in on the potluck it is suggested you bring a healthy snack and/or beverage to share. Please mention in your RSVP what you will be bringing so I can shop accordingly.
Don't forget your yoga mat if you don't want to be directly on the grass, towel, water bottle, sunscreen, and dress in layers.
