Join Coach Stephanie as she brings you the second in her new series of 15 minute live calls on sports nutrition. We will start with the basics of nutrition as they relate to exercise performance and weight control and move out from that point.
At each phase of training, there is a way to eat and if desired, to lose weight. However, at each phase there are reasons for eating related to fitness that may conflict with common ideas for losing weight or getting more fit.
Fat, carbohydrate, and protein are what you need to have an athletic and toned body. To do this well and with an education can make a huge difference in the way your body responds to its energy requirements. Knowledge can allow you to eat more and better and still control your weight and have the energy you require to keep that body moving!
