A Goddess Mama finds comfort & refuge with other Mamas.

 

We invite Goddess Mamas of all ages and stages... whether you have kids (young or grown), you are expecting, or you are planning to have kids someday. This intention of this group is to offer yoga, meditation, music, playdates, Mamas Nights Out, insights, ideas, inspiration and communal, motherly support. Please join us and invite all the Goddess Mamas you know. Share in the wisdom and friendship of Mamas in our community.

Bring your yoga mat, a drink and a mug for a shared beverage. You are welcome to bring your child... just bring some toys and a blanket for them. Suggested donation $10-20 per family for classes. Playdates are free :)
