Gold Coast Property Networking Meeting Thursday 20th February

Let's kick off 2014 with a bang!!

We are already 10% of the way through the year so its time to get stuck into some quality property investing content and networking. The Gold Coast appears to be moving out of the bottom cycle so let's take advantage the potential upswing that is coming.

To kick the night off, as always we have a fantastic Real Deal presentation from one of our members, Adam.

Adam has been flipping some houses out at Ipswich using a renovation strategy and making some tidy profits. Go Adam!

In this presentation you will hear how this everyday property investor sources his projects, implements a profitable strategy and walks away with good chunks of cash to move forward with.

Adam is up first so be early to settle in and take some notes as Adam reveals all his successes and challenges.

Our second presentation will be focussed on giving. It's something that often gets overlooked and i believe that giving to charity is a common trait of any successful property investor(or any successful person for that matter)

With this in mind, I have asked Jennie Brown to spend 15 minutes sharing with us her incredible goal to raise a million dollars for charity before she turns 50 (in 18 months)

Jennie happens to be an extremely successful property investor with almost 30 years experience and has now made this her passion... Awesome stuff!

Finally, we are covering a very hot topic and that is investing with your Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF).

There are a lot of pitfalls, hurdles and misconceptions around what you can do with your SMSF and we have a very special guest presenting some great information around this popular topic.

Jolene Sukkarieh from My Financial Group is an absolute guru when it comes to leveraging off your SMSF using property.

Jolene will be giving us all the ins and outs around what you can and CANT do with your Super so make sure you are in the room to hear this.

Remember, getting your Super working for you is critical no matter what age you are. I'm 40 and I use my SMSF for multiple property projects so get on board with this and make sure you are getting the most out of your Super nest egg.
