Noel is based locally and is a qualified town planner and civil engineer and director of Grummitt Planning.

Noel will be bringing some very timely information to the group about the new Gold Coast planning scheme.

Every property investor should have a firm grasp on what the new town plan encompasses and how to take advantage of the new guidelines that are about to be updated.
