This month's Real Deal presentation is an absolute corker! Even better you're going to see one of Nhan Nguyen's latest deals and he hasnt revealed this to ANYONE yet!

Nhan is just completing his latest subdivision project which is a 1 into 13 lot subdivision south of Brisbane.

Nhan had a few battles with council on this one but through excellent management, having a great team plus some good ol' fashioned persistence and tenacity, Nhan has pulled off an incredible feat.

This Month's Final Guest Speaker is...

Sean Connolly from KC Partnership (http://www.kcpartnership.com.au/). Sean is a quantity surveyor that services all over Brisbane and has been assisting many people in the Sunshine Coast Property Networking Group over the years.
