Our First Speaker Is...

The well known Matt Sukkariah from My Financial Group. (http://myfinancialgroup.com.au/) is back again for a 15 minute update on the state of the investment market. This is a great opportunity to ask Matt any questions about wealth creation in general, financial planning or investing with your SMSF.

This Month's Real Deal...

This month's Real Deal presentation comes from a lovely couple names Nathan and Sue. These guys are really kicking goals will be sharing their latest splitter block deal - can you guess where it is??

For those that haven't been before, the Real Deal segment is where a member of the group gets up for 30mins and shares their latest project!

You get to see an everyday investor sharing all the thrills and spills of their deal. It could be a renovation, subdivision, development.. anything!

The presenter shares the feasibility numbers for the deal, the before, during and after photos, how they found the deal and most importantly, the mistakes they made along the way!

It's truly outstanding to see someone bravely get up and reveal their entire project from start to finish, warts and all!

Our next speaker is Stephen Kryvoviaza from Dimension 3 Architects

Stephen has decades of experience in this important niche and sits on a number of boards as a member of the Qld Architects Association.

Stephen will be bringing some great tips and insights n how best to utilise your architect.

Will be Brett Kean standing in for Paul Copeland from William Buck Accountants (http://www.williambuck.com/).

Brett has got some big shoes to fill but definitely has the goods to bring to the group!

Brett is an outstanding accountant with a stack of experience and it will be great to see his spin on how best to serve property investors.

Like Paul, Brett has a few funny anecdotes to share with everyone so make sure you're in the room for this one!
