Stress will be going, going, gong… at our new moon midsummer evening retreat.
Join LiEBES, yoga teacher Gemma Soul and by London's foremost gong master Leo Cosendai for a very special event at the magical Hampstead Heath, on 2nd August.
At a secret location and beneath the light of the new moon, you’ll enjoy evening pranayama (10-15min), followed by vinyasa yoga (1 hour) and then a powerful gong bath (45min), before sitting down to a nutritious and delicious supper served by LiEBES.
We’ll be meeting at 18:45 at Hampstead Heath station to lead you all to the event location, for a 7pm start.
Early bird ticket prices are £25, until June 21st, and £30 thereafter.
