If we are to believe the polls, most Americans believe that true moral understanding is rooted in the worship of a being who once murdered everyone on the planet with a flood. Surely we can do better than that! And indeed we can. In this talk, Mike Earl will argue that while it is important to critique the moral systems championed by our religious neighbors, it is equally important (probably more important) to articulate and promote non-religious alternatives. Don't just point out to our religious friends what's wrong with their moral system; show them something better. Mr. Earl will share some possible alternatives for your consideration.

"A former member of the Mormon church, Mr. Earl once served a full-time, two year mission for the church in Montana and Wyoming.
After his mission he attended Brigham Young University where he earned a bachelors degree in finance. Today Mr. Earl lives in Altamonte Springs where he is a private math tutor."
