This Meetup is about moving through dance for fun, for exercise and to socialize with friends. We'll be learning to line dance or social ballroom . We'll discover the hypnotic rhythms and dynamic moves of ZUMBA® dance fitness classes, the hottest new exercise program that’s got everyone hooked! We'll even plan for some fun outings once in a while.

This is a fun, lighthearted approach to dance; everyone is welcome. Move at your own pace, stop when you need to and take the time to get to know your new friends. Get yourself moving, enjoy the health benefits and have a blast!

Moms: Your little ones are welcome to all our day classes – you can set them up with some toys and keep an eye on them during class. You can even dance with baby in a snuggly!

Seniors : All classes are appropriate for seniors; just choose the class that’s right for you.

Health : Dance is not always thought of in terms of exercise, but even a line dancing or ballroom class can have you working up a sweat. If you have health issues or have not exercised for a while please consult your physician before starting any form of exercise to make sure the level of intensity is safe for you.
